1. Reservation & Confirmation All reservations are subject to availability. A confirmation notice will be issued once the booking has been successfully processed.

2. Pre-Departure Contact Our staff will contact you one day prior to departure via messaging applications (LINE, WhatsApp, or WeChat) to reconfirm the itinerary details and provide the assigned driver’s information. Please ensure your internet connection is available and that your messaging applications are functioning properly. Travelers are responsible for checking incoming messages prior to departure.

3. Meeting Arrangement Participants are required to meet the driver at the designated pick-up location at the scheduled time on the day of travel. Late arrivals may result in a shortened itinerary or cancellation without refund.

4. Minimum Participants The tour operates with a minimum 4pople required number of participants. If the minimum number is not met, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the tour with prior notice.

5. Changes & Cancellations Any changes or cancellations must be notified in advance. Refund eligibility will be subject to the cancellation policy stated at the time of booking.

6. Force Majeure In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions, the company reserves the right to modify or cancel the itinerary for safety reasons.
