- After purchase, we will confirm the itinerary and driver details with you via messaging apps
(LINE, WhatsApp, WeChat) one day before departure. - Our service staff will contact you the day before departure. Please ensure your internet connection is stable and check your messaging app notifications.
- On the day of travel, meet the driver at the designated pickup location at the agreed time.
- Overtime charge for charter service: NT$ 300 per 30 minutes.

- If the departure or drop-off location is in a non-service area, a one-way additional fee will be charged as follows: If both pick-up and drop-off locations are in non-service areas, a round-trip additional fee will apply. (Example: Pick-up in Taipei City and drop-off in Tamsui → One-way additional fee: TWD 300; both pick-up and drop-off in Tamsui → Round-trip additional fee: TWD 600.)

According to Taiwanese law, children under four years old are required to use a child safety seat. If the baby refuses to use the seat, the driver has the right to refuse service and no refund will be provided.
If the number of passengers does not match the number provided during booking, the driver has the right to refuse service and no refund will be given.
Please go to the "Additional Services" section in the product and select to purchase services like a safety seat or booster seat (please specify the child's age and weight).
